brilliant!
It doesn't feel like a work out - til the next day !
Easy to follow, no special equipment, you don't have to be super fit. Easy to fit in to your daily life. - I love it !

Very interesting and informative book, written in an informal and user friendly style.
lots of recipes with plenty to choose from if you're vegetarian like us.
Bought this book as we are keen to keep chickens and a colleague recommended this book to me.
Havent bought any other books as didnt want to confuse ourselves with too many opinions, so cant compare this to any other publications.
