does what it says on the tin
i bought this on video ten years ago and it was a tough workout then, which gave great results. Now, though more challenging i am delighted to find i can still just about do it and i still enjoy it. you need to be fairly fit to embark on this workout in the first place so as not to do yourself a mischief! but ten years on and 2 kids later i can start to feel the results already. so, great workout. highly recommended. if there is a down side, i personnally find the arm weights section a bit boring, i'd rather do press ups - but, you can do those in other wokouts and it ensures that you use your mucles in a variety of ways, so all's good really. this also integrates really well with cindy crawford's "new dimention" dvd which breaks you in gently after falling off the fitness waggon. so i would definately consider this to get you started and ready for this one

Great for repairs
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this as a repair back up for natural nails and I love it. The kit makes a nice fine nail, over a crack or split, which is nearly indistinguishable from the other good nails. I dont yet know if the resin will have a weakening effect to the nail underneath, but if I don't need to repair the same break again I intend to let the break grow out and carry on with my natural nails and use this kit as and when I need it. Note: you'll need a decent and gentle file and buffer to sculpt the fimished result and go easy on the activator. Save it until you have completed the layers of resin you think you need to cover the silk. Using the activator between layers can set some of the resin on your resin bottle brush which you don't want.
