Good Book - made me keep thinking about it long after I’d finished reading it
I bought this book as I was going on holiday and needed something fictitious, an easy read and a good storyline to get into and this book was all the above. The author even added some interesting thoughts at the end which made me think about this book long after I’d finished reading it.
The first few chapters had me emotionally invested in the characters so right from the beginning I was hooked. I thought I’d figured out the secret mid way through the book but I was so off the mark, that when the actual story unfolded I was happy to be proven wrong.
A beautiful love story, told backwards. It highlights how much has changed over the last 50yrs and how much more accepting we are as a society....well, almost!!
