Adjustable Free Standing Boxing Gym Training Speed Ball Fitness Punching Bag MMA

Useful addition for boxers

As a qualified boxing coach, I wanted something for my home gym that was not hung or Bob (body shape) freestanding bag. It's different workout to either if those and also double end bag. You don't strike it hard, but it's great for slipping and cardio work. All in all, enjoy it more than most bags costing £hundreds. Just don't buy one if you are looking for something to punch hard. In that case go for a heavy bag.

Bought two

I bought one of these in black and was that impressed I immediately bought a 2nd (pink was cheaper). It was the highest capacity warmer / charger I could find. Build quality is excellent, its really robust. Only downside (as stated previously) is the button on the side can be pressed by mistake. However my main use is unconventional. Heater for a small cats kennel for winter. Hence buying two, I can rotate them. Works really well!
