How to fix 1/4 inc into 6mm
This is a drilling jig with a quarter inch drill 1/4 in this means you need a 6.35 mm shelf pin to fit tight, the information in the pack says 6mm pins but pins will be lose and to try and buy 1/4 in pins was a reel problem, lot of online sites tell you 1/4 in or 6.35 mm but when you read specs its all 6mm. So how I got round this without buying pins from the USA I change the drill bit to 6mm spur bit, you have to undo the brass lock screw (watch out for spring and washers) take out drill bit and replace with 6mm x 67mm spur drill bit, if you have a 6mm you can cut down shaft to 67 mm this is what I did, you have to line up silver shaft hole and spring and washers with hole on black shaft then put in screw,(don't over tighten as screw will fall into shaft) then insert drill bit slacken screw until drill bit shaft goes in and then tighten screw, pull back on spring and check that you have 9 to 10mm of drill bit protruding, tighten up and your ready to go, I will ad photos later.

fits well looks great
well made, has a lip that helps fit 2 gang socket, used when in had to replace a socket that was embeded in tile grout and customer did not want to replace tiles, I pointed out that when I remove socket the tiles may end up with chips on the side, only one tile had a chip so I used the finger guard around socket, this this gave a neat finish and looked great, the customer had me fit two more guards.

Affordable Large Cover
Fits my Yamaha FJ1200 ABS.
The price was affordable and if it gets stolen or rips I won't feel the cost, the fit is great as it touches the floor on front and back wheels with side panniers on.
It has straps with clips on front and back that work, eyelets for chaining down or tying, will bag up if when wind gets under so I use a strap around middle of bike, leave a little loose so wind can dry under cover, the orange reflective straps help Puting on and taken off cover also to see bike in the dark.
Happy with purchase.
