    Switcher is in great condition and arrived very promptly. At first I thought the firmware process had failed, but it turns out that the most recent software and firmware version are not matching, and instead of telling me my device was already up-to-date, instead it gave me an "Update Failed" message. Just wanted others to know that in case they feel they are doing something wrong. Great seller, highly recommend.
