Great reference for every chef’s culinary library.
Impressive reference volume. If it wasn’t required in your culinary program. Get it now. It should be in every professional kitchen as Anthony Bourdain suggested.

Great book.
I loved it. Better than I thought it might be. More than just cookie rcps. But then this Australian chef produces great books and magazine.
I found and bought a copy for my niece while it was available. IVM
