Was a bit hesitant to buy a ‘refurbished’ washing machine but given the price (and extra discount code) I took the plunge. Was pleasantly surprised with efficient delivery and the machine looks like new (except a scratch on the door- one fewer than in the item description, oddly). Not sure what was refurbished, if anything. Just hoping that it lasts half as long as the Bosch it replaced.

Circuit board for boiler

Vaillant boiler packed up last winter. Traced fault back to some overheated bit of the PCB (see middle of photo). The part I bought here has clearly had the same fault and been repaired, so it was exactly what I needed at a fraction of the cost of a new one. Pleased to report that the boiler seems to be working now that it’s freezing cold. Only worry is that you can’t be sure how long a repaired second hand PCB will last.

I’ve been using this software for some years. Just buy a fresh renewal each year which is cheaper than trying to renew directly with McAfee. Seller have good instructions on how to update using the code they provide, otherwise McAfee made it difficult.
