Sealey SX022 Oxygen Sensor Socket 22mm 3/8"Sq Drive

Not fit for purpose

The metal is too thin and pliable. The socket opens up and rides around tightly fixed sensors, rounding them off and not undoing them. There’s a reason snap on want £130 for their tool. That’s because it gripped the sensor and removed it first time. This socket will only work with low torque requirements.

You get what you pay for

This will mirror the home screen onto a television but will not allow video playback. No use for me as I want to watch on demand television. There’s a reason why a genuine part is 5 times the cost and that reason is it is guaranteed to work.

Good while it works

In common with a few other owners I’ve had the belt tension roller melt. Vax are unable to supply a spare part as it is an internal part and beyond consumer replacement. I got it out in 5 minutes with 1 screwdriver. I now have an expensive pile of scrap plastic for want of a simple repair.
