  Seller sent broken games in the bundle. When asked for help, gave me an option of a very tiny partial refund or for me to send back everything I had, including all the ones that were working. Had to get eBay to step in and help me.

  This buyer bought a bundle of 20-30 games, and had a problem with 2 of them. Buyer refused to return them all for a full refund, refused a reasonable partial refund and demanded a refund of more than 50% the value of the entire bundle for 2/30 defective discs. This is after I went out of my way to make adjustments for postage requests from this buyer. eBay let me keep my money and did not find any fault with how I handled this buyers silly request.
