For Star Trek fans only!
This is a fun album which plays on the joke that William Shatner can't ssing. To my ears it sounds as if the oother artists on the album recorded their bits first & Bill just larks about on top.

Missing Humph
The sad thing about this album is that Humph plays on only two tracks, trumpet on one, clarinet on the other. Having said that the whole project is infused with his personality. It was overseen by Humph & contains some of his great compositions.
All the musicians & the singer are excellent.
If you love jazz at all you'll dig this muchly!

If you've got everything else by Duane
1 of 1 found this helpful This is an enjoyable album by Duane but it is difficult to say to whom it it is aimed.
The classic tunes are there but they are not the original Jamie recordings being rather the later Ronco recordings. These have been available many times in different formats & this incarnation offers good quality at a bargain price.
Ardent Eddy fans will want the original recordings & newcomers are urged to seek them out.
