    I have been buying plants & seeds online for some time now from around the world, with good & bad experiences. Clive however has proved to be exceptional in communications, polite & friendly yet very professional right down to the care, quality & packaging, the other feedback from buyers is spot on & I'm glad I chose to buy my willow from Clive. Because I had ordered late last week C couldn't get them to me by Sat but managed 3 days later, 5stars.

    What a lovely business. Sent me an extra tree for free. They all wrapped in damp tissue then in little polythene bags and ties. Then in a box which fitted through letter box and labelled plus instructions. What more could you ask for. Many thX

    I can't rate this transaction highly enough. Not only were the plant cuttings packed and labelled superbly but they were posted rapidly - with a free extra one for good luck! I shall certainly be looking at other items from this seller.

    The seller provided excellent customer service with clear and detailed instructions for care of the cuttings. Each cutting was labeled and securely wrapped to ensure they were well hydrated. The cuttings were very well packaged to minimize damage during transit. The cuttings were a great size, and very healthy. Very happy with my order and I will be a returning customer. Bang on target. To think it was made nearly 20 years ago and describes where we are heading to a T. This should be part of secondary schools english/history curriculum. Man did George Orwell get it right!

A good quality bubble wrap, much thicker than other rolls I have bought
Use a lot of bubble wrap for protection. Some of the brands are so thin you use 3 or 4 times more. This stuff I found to be much thicker, the bubbles don't pop so easily. Great price, great service and great quality. Will be buying more.
