the remote is easy to use
It is easy to program, easy to use, the only improvement is when I scan the channels, I can't save what channels I have. So if I scan and get 17 channels, then later rescan and only get 12. It doesn't have a way to save what you got last time and when you do a rescan you could loose a channel or two. I periodically rescan because some channels come in a little unclear.
Great product and no cable bill.
