Poor communication

Ordered one, but there was poor instruction how to blow balloons . I send a message to supplier, got the instruction, but than following damahed the nozzle. I ask supplier for another nozzle as I cant find to buy one. Can pay extra, but no one get back to me. So ended up with tank of helium without nozzle. I managed to blow one balloon without nozzle, but it wasnt good as I thought. Dissapointed 😔
