A good baragain
I can't say much about this item yet, as I bought it purely as a spare, for future use, as the price was such a good one. I've no doubt that when the time comes, I'll be glad I bought them.

What a let down! Don't waste your money on this product.
Where do I start writing about this glorified pamphlet? The title & cover page implies something more technical. It was originally written in 1995, and bears little relevance to what is going on today. It casually mentions evacuated tubes once, which was what I was most interested in finding out about, and I can't say that I feel any the wiser on the subject, having read the few pages present in this booklet.
It basically tells you how to make a home made solar panel, out of old house radiators, copper piping, aluminium strips, wood, etc, with the result being something you might find at a hippy encampment, or in a Heath Robinson cartoon.
Don't waste your money on this publication, unless you are looking to have a very home made system around the place.
I've been using silicone brake fluid in my cars since the mid 1980's, and it's always been a good thing to do. Last year I sold a VW Beetle that I put silicone brake fluid in in 1984, and has the same fluid today! This was the best value I could find, and have just used it again on a Smart ForTwo, and will use it on the new Smart ForFour when we get it tomorrow. It does make the brake pedal a little more spongy, but a small price to pay to know that your brake components aren't being corroded from within.
