I am very pleased with this product.

My right ear regularly gets blocked with wax and despite using olive oil consistently I sometimes need to have it syringed, a procedure I never enjoy very much.
Recently it was blocked and causing about 70% loss of hearing in that ear but due to Covid-19 there was no chance of getting it syringed at the doctors’. I was prescribed sodium bicarbonate ear drops which I used for three weeks. They definitely softened the wax but it would not come out of the ear!
After three goes using this ear syringe, the large blob of soft wax was removed and I could hear again.
It’s a good design with the water coming out at both the tip and the sides of the the nozzle and it is very gentle as you control the flow of water yourself.
