Very good value
It’s like every brewer’s yeast tablets I’ve tried but works out as cheaper than the other makes.

Nothing
I thought it was too good to be true with the amount and the price, but I felt nothing from these. Been taking l-theanine for years so know what to expect but after no effect after 1 I then took 2 then 3 and absolutely nothing.
