I had problems at first as I received the wrong paper. I ordered 18th paper and received 21st paper, however the seller was absolutely brilliant and got back to me straight away. They sent me the paper that I had originally ordered and also let me keep the paper that they sent by mistake. Brilliant service, and the paper is high quality. Highly recommend.

Didn't receive the correct card (ended up being a random one) so I contacted the seller as soon as possible to ask for the card I wanted. Almost a week later and despite the messages, I've had absolutely zero response, zero help, and no offer of a replacement. This is really surprising as most sellers on ebay are lovely and respond quickly to messages. I will be asking ebay for a refund as I have not received the item I purchased.
