Quiet and quick
This is my third RH 20460 kettle. The main features being, it's quiet and quick boil and this kettle does both of these.
The first kettle developed a small leak at the bottom of the plastic water gauge display, returned under warranty and replaced. The second one lasted over two years and the lid release looks to no longer work when you push the button in, the spring has most probably failed although the kettle still functions as a kettle, just the lid is an issue.
The kettle is sturdy and works well, quiter than most and does the job.

Good product, not so sure about the printing 390 pages!!
I find the Kodak colour ink cartridge does very good printing at a reasonable price. The only downside is that I don't think I've ever got anywhere near the 390 pages it states that it will print.
