It's OK but don't expect too much
It's OK to hold a drill and to make a hole, is it accurate No. Its fine if you want to just drill a hole. If it's accuracy you want then buy another drill holder. It movers too much when drilling to be accurate. As a general drill holder / workstation it's OK but don't expect too much for fine work. This is only my experience of the Dremel 220 workstation.
