Rousing Holmes Adventure, well reviewed, set in Scotland
It's my book, so let others weigh in:
“Pour yourself a wee dram, toss another peat on the fire, and prepare to be swept up in the great detective’s Highland fling. MacBird’s spooky, scholarly, thoroughly ‘spirited’ follow up to Art in the Blood is a triumph of voice, place, and plotting. Highly recommended for Sherlock fans, Scotophiles, and whisky lovers everywhere.”

Traditional Holmes Adventure set in Scotland - a fan pleaser!
To be frank, it is my own novel. I can't be blowing my own horn... but fortunately reviewers and readers have been enthusiastic. Eg: “Pour yourself a wee dram, toss another peat on the fire, and prepare to be swept up in the great detective’s Highland fling. MacBird’s spooky, scholarly, thoroughly ‘spirited’ follow up to Art in the Blood is a triumph of voice, place, and plotting. Highly recommended for Sherlock fans, Scotophiles, and whisky lovers everywhere.”

The Phrenology Head of Your Dreams
Who doesn't need a phrenology head in their home? Certainly I did, and this is a fine one. Just like the pic, and in perfect nick.
