Ryzen 77200 Performance

Only runs at 3.2Ghz - so for performance an Intel cpu running at 4.1 Ghz would be preferred. AMD overclocking utility did not run on 32 bit windows 10. Manual overclocking also failed. The product is excellent but it is advertised as 4.1Ghz boost - but this speed is never achieved - it simply runs at 3.2Ghz
