Must have read for anyone contemplating a marathon.
Runners often get training plans or advice and tips and just follow them without understanding the reasoning behind them. This book provides plans and advice with that insight in a simple and understandable way. I have yet to run my first marathon but I am confident this book will help me enormously.

I bought this for both carp and pike fishing. I've had a few budget reels in the past but with lure fishing you need something that is reliable and will cast all day and the cheaper ones just don't last or start to play up. This feel smooth and good quality and so far has been a pleasure to use. All the controls feel positive, no slop anywhere. I have a good feeling about this one. The only criticism I have, and it is minor, is that folding the handle doesn't really save that much space.

Great aid and relatively inexpensive
Just the thing I you need to blur part of your vision in one eye. These are available from some shooting glass manufacturers but not such good value
