Permatex 81844 Professional Strength Rearview Mirror Adhesive Glue

It didn't work

It did not work. I chose Permatex 81844 because of a online video I watched. It showed how to perfect the repair using Permatex 81844. Upon receiving the kit I followed the instructions on the back which were just like the video. I let the button cure for more than 24 hours since I wasn't using the vehicle. I began to slide the mirror over the button and the button broke loose. I purchased a Loctite kit and it worked perfectly.
