They had quoted special delivery for this particular item as it's worth more than £200 and charged me as such (which I was happy to pay). However they posted it using standard post (at a cost of £4.20) instead, and then would not respond to me when I enquired about it. Overall good item but communication was non-existent, postage charges were unreasonable, and dispatch time was slow.

Worse still, my son cannot complete his university dissetation as all of his work is on the laptop (he's in his 3rd year and this is the critical time for him). I have messaged 'sphotographic' for help but no response. Unbelievable! How could anyone do this?
