Good for a big girl
I am a bigger girl, with a 41 inch waist and 56 inch hips, and although this hoop skirt will not close on me (not even close) the elastic band around the waist stretched nicely to accommodate me.
If you are a bigger girl, and you don't mind that this won't close (it really wont matter under a bunch of petticoats and a dress anyway since you wont see it) I'd recommend this to you. The elastic is comfortable around the waist, no digging in yet snug enough to know it is not going to fall off.
For smaller girls too, their is a rope tie inside the elastic part of the band, so even if it is a bit big on you, you can tie to tighter. I have yet to wear this out yet, so I don't know how well it holds together under use, but I will update once I have.
All round, would suggest.
