good product.
I bought the rubber flap for a replacement for my rigid one that broke twice within 10 months. The rubber flap is much better as it can not crack like the rigid one. I have had 2 type of dog flap in my time the first was the more expensive aluminium and rubber flap which i never had a single issue with, hence why i change my recent broke flap for the rubber one. If your thinking about getting a dog flap id definitely go for one with the rubber flap. I also think because it is thicker than then the plastic rigid one it will keep the cold out better as this was the case with me aluminium and rubber one.

1 of 1 found this helpful Had this for about a year. My dog broke the flap within the first week, got replacement flap which has just broke again after 6 months. I have nos ordered thd rubber flap rather than the rigid. I have also had the aluminum and rubber flap at my old property which was much better quality hence more expensive. This 1 does the job and its good not having to think about the dog needing to go outside. I would never not have a dog flap but the door on this 1 seems to brake easy and is much louder than the aluminum and rubber 1. Plus strong wind blows both flaps open.
