2 x Greenwood CV2GIP "Any Room" Extractor Fans.Timer/Humidistat option built in
24 Feb, 2020
Simple and easy to fit
Fitted in two HMO bathrooms where condensation/mould was becoming a problem. Well made kit and fairly easy to install. Annoying hinge mechanism when trying to mount but OK. Only one option for cable routing, so tricky if retro fitting to replace an existing fan. It is not silent on continuous setting even when on the lowest speed. But it is not really noisy, you can hear it unlike some other fans. Time will tell if it cures the mould problems.
Swanson 7" Speed Roofing Rafter Square WITH Blue Instruction Book S0101
21 Jan, 2021
Overpriced and a bit clunky
I looked at quite a few speed squares and everyone seems to say the Swanson is the best, so I got one. It’s used for on site joinery rather than specific work. I’ve used it for two weeks mainly putting in stud work. It’s OK for drawing square lines on 3x2 but no better than my old adjustable square. It does seat quicker on the wood but that’s it. The pivot is also annoying as it kicks out the pencil line when drawing a square line. It would have been better if there was a 7” metric version which there isn’t so had to get imperial. The angle drawing idea using the pivot works easily and is handy, but I can do the same thing with my mitre saw so it’s not a big advantage. If I was buying again I’d go for a lighter weight aluminium one for a third of the price of the Swanson.
LimbO Waterproof Knee Protector for Dressings - Shower Cover
11 Dec, 2019
Leaks
Doesn't work really. Covered knee bandage to use in shower. It keeps some water off obviously, but it does not keep the dressing dry.
