  Cancelled order as seller accused me of being a scam buyer and threatened to report me to eBay, on the basis of eBay's automated payment holding policy which they insisted I was responsible for. After attempting to explain to the seller the basis of the payment hold, giving resources, links and urging them to explore the matter and independently confirm what I was saying they continued to threaten to report me. They failed to refund me the money for the item, eBay again had to step in.
