PS2 Fat Consoles Never Fail
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought a PS2 when I was younger and it ran for years and years. It was still in great working order when I sold it. But then I got to missing playing it so I bought a PS2 Slim, it was unreliable as far as reading or even spinning discs, something to do with a slightly warped lid which didn't make contact on the safety buttons under the lid. So I purchased a PS2 and it is as reliable as I remembered my first PS2 was. The newer systems , xbox, playstations, etc have rrod and ylod, and various issues that render consoles unplayable. I have Never had that with the PS2 Fat model.
