For someone coming to this method of cooking from new, this unit is very good but there is very little guidance re cooking times. The preset values tend to create well cooked vegetables which is fine if you like soft veggies! In fairness to Andrew James all manufacturers only print the bare minimum of instructions. However, this is a good buy, does the job and looks good.
