  Where to start with this purchase. I received a non-working PSU. I was offered a replacement. He didn't send it. Said he's send it later. Gave it 2 days, still nothing. Says he'll send another one. By this point I've bought one on Amazon with no choice because of deadline. He then says he'll refund me. Then he backs out of the refund saying I need to send the dead unit back to him. Utterly ridiculous situation. Never encountered this on ebay before. AVOID.
