I purchased this book because it goes with the first book by this author. It is very helpful in putting things into the right perspective. The book also is very easy to comprehend and understand. Simple basic instructions to put plans into action. It explains how everyday life and outside influences affects your personal internal state of mind. I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone who is wanting take control of their lives and have Peace of Mind!
