I confirmed I would refund once I’d followed up with Royal Mail but the buyer wasn’t prepared to wait so raised a claim against me which meant I couldn’t then refund her. Not sure what I’m supposed to do in this situation where I’ve carefully packaged a parcel which has then been allegedly damaged in the post and I’ve then offered a refund. If the buyer was prepared to be more patient this would have been resolved.

A compelling read
Excellent novel about the life of Cicero and Caesar.It demonstrates that politics and corruption, backstabbing and pragmatism do not change whatever the century

Good entertainment
Spooks is a terrific series with some excellent actors - Keeley Hawes, Rupert Penry Jones, Nicola Walker Anna Chancellor and Peter Firth and riveting plots.
