Not all I thought it would be
Having primarily got the book for it's Mk 1 content, I was disappointed to find there was nothing new to add to the author's previous books on the subject.

Informative with very easy instructions, great value
An extremely good read encouraging the reader to follow their ideas and they give you advice for placing your fabric pieces, both colourways and volume which they impress upon you. I have read pages, jumped about the plans and gone back to the reading. Whichever you want it's a superb book.
