    Most obnoxious company I have ever dealt with. Item never arrived due to insufficient postage and is sitting at the sorting office 5 miles away. Have opened a case with Ebay. Would not use them again.

    Not quite sure what happened with Royal Mail so that was out of our hands. Regardless, customer ordered at 11.45pm XMas eve and still expected usual service despite 2 ensuing bank holidays.Perhaps we should have sent Father Christmas to deliver the item.
