A joy to use thanks to a superior design.

Unlike some 'inferior' but similar products this has a good sturdy handle construction. Best of all is the design of the tear-off strips that are in a rhombus shape allowing really easy fingernail picking and the tear-off is always a clean one-sheet - no premature tearing.

Sturdy

- not one of those 'paper thin' trays that I've had before. Keeps it's shape under normal oven temperatures. Slight warpage when used for grilling - but then I've yet to find any tray that won't (and probably why it's called an oven tray and not a grill pan)
