Low magnification
The glasses do work, and only enough to increase the magnification power to (as far as I can tell from use, not scientific measurements) only about 1.5 or 2.0.
Many people with eyes requiring different levels of magnification also require higher magnification powers than these glasses produce.
All it is is plastic in front of plastic, with a little rolling adjustment rod to "scoot" each lens away from each other.
At best, a tiny effect. At worst, a complete waste of time and ($20.00!) money.
