Dead on arrival
I was going to replace my original MB do to intermittent power failure problem. The new MB failed to power up, I tried it twice 1st time with new i5 processor 2nd with original i5 processor both failed to power up. I replaced with my original MB and original i5 processor and it powered up and started.

Unknown won’t boot
Received ok, was wrapped in fedex plastic envelope, with end sticking out. Starts up and dies or powers off won’t boot.
