Battery's for home panasonic phones.
These batteries for me are good for cordless home / office phones.
They appear two last at least 2 years, and give a good performance.

Lm723 + normal transistor or Darlington.
6 off projects, 29.volt, 17v, 15v, 12v, 9v, & 5.v tested with both darlington, & MJ15024 =NPN.
Results all good. elektor F10. = 5.0v inc ref resistor very stable voltage.
Texas instruments circuit includes current limiting resistor.
