Nice and small
Very light and compact. Not as burly and stable as a bigger, heavier tripod. But perfect for travel, especially with a lighter mirrorless camera. Includes hook to add weight for a little more stability.

As good as Red
Excellent derailleur. Just a few grams less than the comparable SRAM Red, at about half the price. Definite boost in shifting performance over old SRAM fd's. Billed as specific to 11-speed, but I'm running it on 10-speed crankset/chainrings and it shifts flawlessly.
