Poor product
I have used this product twice the first time one of the straps going corner to corner snapped, I did get a replacement but exactly the same thing happened again and the pins popped out we had this pinned down with pegs and all guy ropes were in use but the slightest bit of wind and this became useless only had it up a couple of hours and the straps again snapped, when emailing to report this was asked if I had the original box as you can only send back in original packaging, so I would steer clear or keep the packaging but poor quality and a waste of money
