    Item dispatched two weeks late despite chasing. Item delivery attempt made two weeks later on 14/4 and I was only notified that day of the delivery. I arranged for delivery on 28/4 but have just been threatened by the seller with an additional £35 charge for delivery. A disgraceful company, disgraceful communication and disgraceful service. Avoid this company at all costs!

    Delivered on the day promised. Self assembly took only a few minutes. Nice appearance and reasonable quality for the price paid. The recliner action seems quite positive. One big downside: there were no castors or carpet sliders on these chairs, only half inch thick washer type plastic ‘feet’, which made them extremely difficult, nigh impossible, to manoeuvre about on my lounge carpet. I will be fitting my own carpet sliders. Apart from that no real complaints.

    I would never ever bye from this comphy again just becuse the sofa would not fit in my door not that they tried very hard they took it back with them on the safe day and charged be £60 for delivery charges so do not bye from thoes people i give the 0/0
