Series 1 and 2 of Allo Allo

I knew what to expect from previous series on the TV - but it was nice to re-run over the series again. Usual excellent line up of actors/actresses in most episodes - all delivering the brilliant wit from the writers plus their own comic timing - absolutely priceless! It reminds me a little of the Carry On films - a basic storyline with a familiar comic twist - the old ones really are the best and Allo Allo has its roots here. Mustn't forget as well that from a once taboo subject - WWII - the writers have been able to bring out the funny side of the personality of the different nationalities involved - does that not make 'foreigners' more human and does that not go some way to prevent another war - hopefully!

Easy fit of Land Rover cruise control.

Other than to get the control system electronically programmed into the engine's ecu system, this is a pain-free way to get cruise control into your Mk2 Discovery, as the wiring is already in place! It cost me £40 to have it fitted and programmed and its operation is simplicity itself.
