  Sent me the wrong colour and then tried to enforce 'no returns' (irrespective of use). Later, said would refund but only if I sent a picture of the lipstick as not being used. Asked eBay to step in and they fully refunded the item and said no return of the item was necessary. Dirty attitude from the seller and unethical practice. Seller made the mistake and should have been gracious enough to put it right. So pleased eBay can access messages.
