2 of 3 found this helpful When I removed the item from the box I noticed that the side panel had 2 big dents in it. The company must have known that was the case as the box and polystyrene were intact so it must have been damaged before it was put in the box yet they still wrapped it up in a plastic bag and polystyrene then put it in the box. The damage to the oven made fitting the grill rack to the bottom slots more challenging and you have to use a lot more force to get it in place. The item was sold as new and still in the box and it was advertised as 1 of 6 being dispatched. Once I contacted them they have sent out a replacement but I have had to go a lot longer without having an oven than I should have had to.
