Portable Nebulizer

While it may be unfair to rate this product low based on one unit, since it is a medical device, a higher standard of reliability is in order. I received the unit and it worked okay on house a/c current but after charging the battery, the unit will not run on the battery, which defeats the emtire purpose in buying a portable unit in the first place!
