Not as hefty as it looks
I thought it would be a little more hefty than what it was. It's hollow inside. Hopefully it does the job, if I ever need to use it. Overall, it's ok for the price.

Have ordered before
I've never liked the backpack straps because it makes me feel like a bad parent, as if my kids were pets. With this strap i feel normal because it wraps around the childs wrist and still serves its purpose.
Best part is that the child cant take it off, if strapped properly (some reviews have stated that they dont work but im guessing they didnt strap it correctly). Its even hard for me to take it off and i, definitely, need 2 hands to do it. This means my child wont get loose and thats exactly why i bought them.
The wrist strap, childs side, can even grip around the smallest of wrists because it has an adjustable velcro (see pic). I used it on my child when she was 12 months and i have also used it on my 6 yr old boy (both normal sized kids).
The wrist strap, parents side, is an unadjustable, but stretchable, loop (see pic). This loop fits my husband pretty good (bigger wrist than mine) but its a little loose around my wrist. Im not too worried because its not big enough to fall off on its own; but if someone were to forcefully tug on it, while my arm was stretched straight, it'd come off (see pic). But in cases where I feel like I need more security (dense crowds), I pass the unadjustable loop over the strap (see pic: this makes another loop) and I put my arm through THAT loop. This makes the loop get tighter, around my wrist, as it gets pulled/tugged on (see pic). Works perfectly!!! I really LOVE this strap and this is my second time buying it. I would definitely recommend to anyone trying to keep their child safe.
