  Not sure what went wrong, but the item which was supposedly sent twice was never received and after waiting for seven weeks, the issue was raised with eBay and refunded by them. Communication with the seller was good until I finally complained and then all communication stopped! I don't know why this transaction failed.

  Exceptional Customer Service, although it didn't arrive by the 4th of June, I'm not bothered as the Queen's Jubilee was on, so it took extra days.
