Wrong description

The laptop overall works well thus far. My experience was poor however as the product description was wrong. I filtered and searched for a laptop with touchscreen and a backlit keyboard. This product showed it had both. It arrived without either. Their response was “sorry” sometimes there are mistakes. Really?
